Sketchbook
This is one of my hobbies, and one that I don’t do as often as I’d like. My goal this year is to spend more time in my sketchbook. These are all in chronological order. As time goes on I’ll be adding more on top of this, and hopefully there will be noticeable progression in skill.
Floor Plans
Before apps were available, I drew floor plans for listings by hand. All I used were sheets of paper, a pen, a digital tape measure, and a steady hand. I would send these to an office that translated my drawings into CAD.
