Hoboken (pronounced HO-bo-ken, emphasis on the Ho), is one of my favorite cities in New Jersey. Really. Aside from its easy access to and view of New York, Hoboken itself has a lot of character. Historic buildings, waterfront parks, tree-lined streets, restaurants and cafes on every corner—it really is quite charming.
