Maplewood has attracted such a large population of Brooklyn residents that it has been nicknamed "Brooklyn West" (or some variation of that). It is one of the most desirable towns in New Jersey, so I can understand why anyone looking to live in a suburb would move here... but why Brooklynites specifically? Is it because of this train that goes to New York?
